Orange Egypt has announced its cooperation with Tabibi Clinics to provide healthcare support to Orange customers, whether through tele-consultations, online home care services, home visits by doctors, or clinical visits.

In addition, Orange customers will receive gold membership in Tabibi programmes, entitling them to a 25% discount.

The new partnership is part of efforts by Orange Egypt to offer a wide range of services to its customers, especially during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Many customers want to receive medical care services both easily and safely, especially as doctors are actively discouraging hospital visits unless absolutely necessary.

The various services provided by Orange and Tabibi include a list of doctors across all specialisations, undertaken in cooperation with several hospitals, as well as other medical services. Orange customers can also access the service through Tabibi clinics or through these hospitals via the hotline 8000 or through the website www.tabibi247.com.

For its part, Tabibi offers unique medical services in the Egyptian market while relying on a professional team of doctors and senior consultants in various specialities. The clinics are also staffed by highly specialised and trained nursing staff who are licensed to serve patients.

Tabibi services include home visits to the elderly, alongside a team working 24/7 to provide customers with dedicated home visit services, in addition to providing vaccinations for children at home.

Ahmed El Abd, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Orange Egypt, said the company is always eager to meet the needs of its clients through providing exclusive and outstanding services.

In the light of the increasing demand for health and medical services, providing services whilst ensuring quick and safe solutions have become essential during these circumstances. He noted that Orange Egypt has attempted to provide superior service to its customers in cooperation with a professional partner providing the highest quality of health services.

“Since the outbreak of the coronavirus crisis, Orange has worked hard on implementing multiple initiatives and campaigns that aimed to support the state’s efforts while providing a safe work environment for the employees, and ensuring providing high quality services to its customers with the same efficiency and in easier manner,” he added.

Khalil Abdel-Khalek, Co-founder and CEO of Tabibi 24/7, said the partnership with Orange enhances the role of technology in modernising the performance of medical services. It also activates the role of telemedicine in developing the current situation to reach the best health outcomes for patients.
