Electronic voting procedures for the election of the Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) chairperson began on Monday. The process is set to run until 5 August.
The company’s Board of Directors has also made several changes to its next general assembly meeting, including the cancellation of its extraordinary meeting, scheduled for 5 August, until the issuance of the board’s decisions.
The amendments also include removing the item specifying the total monthly bonus for the chairperson from the ordinary general assembly meeting’s agenda on 5 August.
The MCDR’s ordinary general assembly shall remain as scheduled on its early August date, with priority consideration given to the election of the company’s chairperson.
