Real estate brokerage firm, RE/MAX Al Mohager, has launched the Mo/Max service to stimulate sales across Egypt’s real estate market.
The new marketing model aims to stimulate sales at real estate development companies due to the increase in competition between developers.
Egypt’s real estate market has been negatively impacted off the back of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as consumer and investor confidence has been shaken by the pandemic-caused uncertainties.
Mohammad Degheady, RE/MAX Al Mohager franchise owner, said, “The new service is an innovative marketing model to provide new marketing solutions that are compatible with the real estate market variables, unlike traditional methods that gradually fade away.”
Degheady added that the Mo/Max service aims to provide, develop, and innovate financial and financing solutions that serve the sales and marketing objectives of real estate companies.
He also said that the service aims to develop a special marketing financing model for each developer and for some target segments, as well as address problems that hinder slow sales.
Degheady elaborated that among the Mo/Max service’s advantages, real estate companies will be able to expand their customer base, whilst also accelerating capital investment cycle without side effects.
This comes in addition to encouraging greater confidence through the anticipated increased sales on the back of the service’s capabilities. This will ensure complete stability for the real estate developer, and reduce pressures resulting from the economic slowdown or any other negative aspects of the coronavirus pandemic.
