Real estate investment and development group, Better Home, has outlined its commitment to providing sustainably priced units at its New Administrative Capital (NAC) projects, according to General Manager Ashraf Adel.
Adel noted that the company’s NAC projects fulfil the requirements of a substantial segment of Egyptian society. It also supports the state’s vision providing sustainable housing units at the NAC, in line with client purchasing power, particularly in light of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
He added that all projects under Better Home’s management are being implementing according to schedule and were not stopped due to the pandemic.
Adel also said that, since the beginning of the pandemic, Better Home has taken all precautionary measures at its projects to maintain the health and safety of the company’s workers. At the same time, the company has undertaken all measures to ensure the projects are handed over on time.
He pointed out that the company will deliver its Midtown Villa project by the end of 2020, and will be the first of the NAC’s complete projects to be delivered.
The company has allocated part of its fourth residential project in the Midtown Sky development, located in the NAC, to implement a new housing model. This is aimed to help citizens overcome a number of obstacles that may prevent a large segment of society from purchasing and owning a unit within the NAC, Adel noted.
He added that the idea offers a new and innovative subsistence model that is set to help Egypt adapt to the current conditions. It will also present models for small units suitable for young people starting out in life, or as a real investment in the NAC’s most attractive locations, offering small units at the reasonable price of EGP 555,000, paid in cash. They are set to be the lowest priced units available in the NAC.
The Midtown Sky project, which is located over 122 feddan in the R7 area of the NAC, is distinguished by its proximity to vital state entities, embassies, private universities, and exhibition grounds. It is also located near important main roads in the NAC.
