Ashraf Farouk, Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Egypt’s National Post Authority, issued a decision appointing Ahmed Mohamed Fouad Al-Kholy as head of the authority’s Investment and Money Management Sector.
Al-Kholy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management majoring in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo (AUC). He also boasts 35 years experience in the banking, investment, and financial portfolio management sectors.
During this time, he has held many positions at a variety of banks, financial institutions, and companies, where he has contributed his significant practical experience to develop work systems.
His roles have seen him shoulder responsibility for financial markets and foreign currencies at the Arab International Bank (AIB), and take on the role of Head of the Treasury Marketing Department at QNB Al-Ahly.
Al-Kholy has also worked with the Governor and Securities of the Cairo Company for Portfolio Management, the Treasury Sector Officer at HSBC, and taken on the role of Head of Treasury at BNP Paribas Bank.
He has fulfilled a variety of other roles, including as Head of the Investment Sector at Finclear – Dubai, as well as Treasury Marketing Director at the Ahli United Bank.
