Several prominent real estate developers have described Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO and Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), as the most influential in the sector due to his company’s tangible achievements.
Hussein Sabour, one of Egypt’s pioneer architects and head of Sabbour Consulting, was at the forefront of the real estate developers who nominated Hisham Talaat Mustafa for the title.
Likewise, Egyptian business tycoon Samih Sawiris shared a similar sentiment towards Hisham Talaat Mostafa, the developer of Madinaty and Rehab cities.
“Hisham Talaat Mostafa is the best real estate developer. His achievements in the Madinaty and Rehab projects qualify him for winning the best real estate developer award in the history of Egypt,” he said in a televised interview.
Fathallah Fawzy, head of the Construction Committee at the Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA), confirmed that Hisham Talaat Mostafa had achieved a remarkable success in the field of real estate development. Fawzy said that he managed to turn TMG into one of the most important real estate companies in the Egyptian market.
