Expo Republic, an Egyptian Emirati exhibition organiser, intends to launch new edition of Nile Property Expo in the cities of Mansoura and Alexandria, for the first time, under the name “Manazel” (Houses in Arabic).
Manazel exhibition will be launched in Alexandria from 19 to 21 November at City Center, on an area of 2,500 sqm, targeting 2,000 visitors. Manazel exhibition in Mansoura will be held from 3 to 5 December, on an area of 2,500 sqm.
Expo Republic Chairperson Bassem Kalila said the exhibition aims to provide the opportunity for residents of the two cities to learn about the latest real estate products.
Kalila pointed out that the two Manazel exhibitions are part of a series of exhibitions that Expo Republic prepares to launch in various governorates, after the success of Nile Property Expo, which presents and markets Egyptian real estate projects on an annual basis in the Gulf region, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Riyadh, in addition to Egypt.
He noted that the four previous editions of Nile Property Expo have achieved more than EGP 4bn in sales, adding that many real estate companies showed their desire to participate in the new exhibitions. The participant companies would provide many facilities and exclusive offers to Manazel exhibition’s visitors in both cities. These companies include Palm Hills Developments, City Edge Developments, Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED), Porto Holding Group, The Waterway Developments, and Hyde Park Developments.
