Egyptian developer Doja has launched a new commercial project located at the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
Islam Khater, the company’s Sales Director, said that the yet-to-be-named project will be located in the NAC’s downtown area. It includes 3,000 sqm of retail units, offices and clinics, with 30% of the project’s total area built up.
Khater said that the commercial price per square metre starts at EGP 35,000, and EGP 20,000 per square metre for medical units, with a payment plan of up to 10 years.
Doja is currently developing two commercial projects in the NAC, namely Aurora and the X-Business Complex.
Aurora is a commercial, administrative, medical mall consisting of 10 floors, seven of which include administrative offices, medical clinics. The remaining three floors are dedicated to commercial purposes, as well as a garage.
The X-Business Complex is a medical, administrative, commercial project located in the Downtown area of the NAC, and includes a ground floor and nine floors. The project comprises units of various areas, with areas starting from 30 sqm, the lowest utility load percentage.
