Egypt’s Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA) has opened commercial registry offices inside investment services complexes and chambers of commerce in Cairo, with more offices to be launched in banks for the first time.
First Assistant Minister of Supply and Head of the ITDA, Ibrahim Ashmawy, said they are also working to provide commercial registry services in all chambers of commerce across the country. The plan includes approximately 35 banks as well.
Moreover, the ITDA has signed a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of State for Military Production, represented by Kaha Company for Chemical Industries, to develop commercial registry offices across the country. The protocol also aims to restore and develop the authority’s headquarters.
