Tabarak Developments has delivered 100 residential units from the first phase of the 90 Avenue project, the Vibe Zone. The company will deliver more units in the upcoming weeks, bringing the total number of delivered units to 150 housing units. All units planned for delivery are ready.
Ali El Shorbany, Chairperson of Tabarak Developments, said: “90 Avenue is located at the Fifth Settlement directly overlooking the American University in Cairo and the Future University in Egypt in close proximity to multiple facilities including restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls, social clubs, schools, and universities.”
Tabarak Developments takes into consideration the various needs of clients and has responded to this by offering various unit spaces at the 90 Avenue project ranging from 95 meters to 310 meters. The project also houses commercial and administrative units that are located in a separate zone within the project, El Shorbany elaborated.
Earlier this year, El-Shorbany confirmed that the company would deliver 1,000 units of the company’s projects. He highlighted that the company aspires to increase its sales in 2021 by 25% compared to 2020 sales.
