Hometown Developments has contracted with DMA for Design and Engineering Consultancy for the former’s Lafayette project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), according to Hometown Chairperson Diaa Farag.
Farag said that the Lafayette project is a large commercial and entertainment resort in the NAC’s Downtown area. It spans an area of 43,000 sqm, and is located adjacent to the banks area, presidential area and ministries, directly in front of the Al Massa Hotel.
He added that DMA specialises in architecture, urban planning, interior and construction design, electrical and mechanical engineering, and infrastructure and implementation supervision.
The company has over 30 years of experience, with more than 250 experts serving the local and international markets. It has designed many residential commercial, educational, health and administrative projects.
Farag noted that the first phase of the Lafayette project was launched in July 2020, and has been fully sold out, with a second phase to be launched soon.
“It is planned to begin handing over Lafayette units in July 2023. Moreover, the company has started construction in the project early this year,” he disclosed.
