The Address investments has reported sales worth EGP 500m in 2020 at the AZZAR project in the Golden Square development.
The project, which is located in the Fifth Settlement district of New Cairo, is owned the Reedy Group.
The Address CEO, Mustafa Badr, said that his company has successfully achieved double the sales operations throughout the year, despite the difficult circumstances of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
“The Address achieved sales to various developers for the year 2020 at a value that amounted to three times the sales in 2019,” he said, “Moreover, it plans to increase this value in the current year.”
Badr added that the company aims to increase its sales during 2021, driven by the real estate market’s continuous activity and companies that offer new projects or other Phases within its existing projects.
