MG Developments is set to launch its Promark project at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with estimated investments of EGP 1.2bn.
The company’s CEO, Mohamed Metawee, said that the project is being built on an area of 8,836 sqm in the government district at the NAC.
Metawee stressed that the company had already started the project’s implementation before announcing sales. This has allowed it to confirm the strength and durability of its financial position, and its ability to complete the project without waiting for the financial returns.
He explained that the investment in commercial activities is the highest in terms of investment returns due to the scarcity of commercial spaces in this district, as the area allocated for this sector does not exceed 15 plots.
This ensures that the Promark project is the ideal solution for smart investors and those looking for high returns and a privileged location with commercial units of various sizes and reasonable prices.
Metawee added, “We hired ECG as a general consultant for the project to carry out studies on projects, set general and detailed plans, and supervise implementation.”
He said that ECG will focus on the sectors of construction, urban development, mixed-use projects, energy, transportation, water, industry and gas.
