Orange Egypt and EGYPTAIR have signed a cooperation contract today at EGYPTAIR’s administrative building at Cairo International Airport in the attendance of a group of top management executives of both companies. This contract aims at providing more services and benefits to customers of both companies.
The contract was signed by Mr. Hisham Mahran, Chief Enterprise Line of Business Officer at Orange Egypt and pilot / Amr Abu El-Enein, Chairman of EgyptAir Airlines in the presence of pilot / Rushdi Zakaria, Chairman of EGYPTAIR holding Co. and Engineer / Yasser Shaker, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt.
Under this cooperation, Orange Egypt customers can benefit from the miles of EGYPTAIR Plus program to get free tickets against miles, upgrade to Business Class, or to pay for extra baggage. In addition, both companies will offer mutual benefits for their customers through joint marketing and communication services.
As part of the event, Pilot Rushdi Zakaria stated that he is thrilled with this protocol, which focuses primarily on saving the time and effort of EGYPTAIR’s customers and providing them with unique services thanks to the cooperation with one of the largest entities in the field of telecommunications in Egypt.”
Zakaria welcomed reinforcing cooperation with Orange and other major entities in various fields, hoping to encourage customers to travel again by using the most secure technological solutions and the most efficient precautionary means.
On his part, Pilot Amr Abu El-Enein said, “EGYPTAIR is keen to provide the best services and technical solutions to its customers. In addition to providing special offers and discounts to our customers around the world, we aim, through this cooperation contract with Orange Egypt, to provide added value to all members of EGYPTAIR Plus. This cooperation forms a new step towards boosting progress and development in the field of customer service of both companies. It also promotes the strategy of both entities, which have always strived to provide new and outstanding services to their customers. On the one hand, EGYPTAIR aspires to enhance the traveling experience and make it more comfortable and luxurious. On the other hand, Orange Egypt, is a leading provider of integrated telecommunications services and is hoping to continue on its path. This cooperation, that was signed before in 2010, 2015 and 2018, has introduced several distinct advantages and mutual services to satisfy the aspirations of both companies’ customers”.
