English media reportssaid that Egypt national football team and Liverpool FC star Mohamed Salah is following in the footsteps of former Reds legend Robbie Fowler by investing in real estate.
According to the newspaper, the 28-year-old Egyptian attacker has inaugurated two companies operating in the real estate field. He has also established a separate company with a capital of £2m ($2.7m) to invest in bricks and cement.
The Liverpool player apparently launched the two companies during the past 12 months, according to reports.
Salah is hoping to follow in the footsteps of the 45-year-old Fowler, whose fortune has risen to £31m ($43m) as a result of his smart investments off the field.
According to media reports, the Egyptian star currently has assets worth £9m ($12m) at his disposal from his commercial activity in the UK, with almost a quarter of them is in real estate.
