Egypt’s Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Elsayed Elkosayer has inaugurated the 88th Spring Flowers Exhibition at the Orman Botanical Garden in Giza.
This year’s event, running from 13 March to 13 April, saw the participation of more than 200 exhibitors.
The Spring Flowers Exhibition is a meeting point for specialists and those interested in ornamental plants, flowers, landscaping, and agricultural supplies. The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation provides all support to exhibitors and participants in the exhibition.
The Orman Botanical Garden, established in 1875 on an area of 28 feddan, is one of the largest botanical gardens in the world. It boasts a rare collection of trees, palms, and more than 1,200 species of plants. The garden hosts the Spring Flowers Exhibition every year, which is the largest and oldest annual exhibition in the Arab region.
