The Italian Government announced its agreement to allow public attendance for matches as part of the UEFA Euro 2020 championship that will be held on its soil.
The competition is set to take place from 11 June to 11 July, with matches to be held in 12 European cities.
The Italian Government has approved fan attendance at the four matches that will be held at the Olimpico Stadium in Rome, with an attendance rate of 25% of the stadium’s capacity.
Thus, the opening match of the Euro 2020 tournament between Italy and Turkey was confirmed on 11 June with the presence of fans.
