The Khaled Sabry Holding Group has announced the launch of its first project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), called Ronza Tower, with investments amounting to EGP 500m, according to Chairperson Khaled Sabry.
Sabry said that the project will be implemented on an area of 2,617 sqm in the Downtown area of the NAC, and consists of a ground floor and 10 storeys dedicated to administrative, commercial, and hotel activities.
Alongside this, the project also features three garages to serve the project’s users. Additionally, Ronza Tower is comprised of 220 units, with areas ranging from 19 sqm to 80 sqm.
He noted that construction on the project, which is set to be completed during the last quarter of 2024, will start after the land licence is obtained.
Once completed, the commercial units will be delivered semi-finished, whilst the administrative units and the hotel ones are to be delivered fully finished.
Sabry emphasised that the company aims to launch a real estate project that is different in terms of product, with unique construction mechanisms and modern systems. This is of particular importance since the competition in the NAC is strong, and there are many similar projects in the product.
Meanwhile, the Khaled Sabry Holding Group has contracted with Hafez Consultants to start the engineering designs for the project. Hafez Consultants undertook the engineering design for projects including Lavista City, Elpatio ORO, Elpatio 7 Compound, Sarai, The Waterway 2, and Master Plan Zones.
