Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) has announced the launch of the Madinaty Marathon on 28 May, which will include three types of races.
The three races, which will cover 5 km, 10 km, and 21 km, have been designed to suit different ages and different levels of fitness.
TMG confirmed the allocation of wide roads inside Madinaty for the contestants, with running paths clearly identified among vast green areas overlooking the development’s lakes.
The necessary steps to ensure the safety of all marathon participants have been put in place, with the application of all precautionary measures such as disinfection, sterilisation, and spacing to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Tri Victory is organising the Madinaty Marathon according to professional standards, and will use the My Laps timing system, used in the Olympic Games and all international sporting events.
