Aqarmap, the online marketplace for real estate, has announced that it will hold its 6th Online Expo on 9 July, with the participation of more than 15 major real estate development companies.
The Aqarmap Expo is one of the most prominent, modern global trends in the field of real estate marketing, in which companies present exclusive offers for a period of only three hours. These companies offer interested clients immediate discounts ranging between 5% and 10% on the unit.
The exhibition will be held with the participation of a large number of real estate developers, including: Ora Developers; SODIC; The Land Developers; Khozam Developments; IWAN Developments; Memaar AlMorshedy; OUD; and Badreldin Company.
The coming exhibition will showcase projects in various regions across Egypt, which include the New Administrative Capital (NAC), New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Sixth of October, the North Coast, and New Alamein.
During the very short exhibition period, interested clients can make initial reservations by paying EGP 2,000 by credit card, which is fully refundable within seven days of making the initial reservation. The company contacts the customer to complete the procedures, and for the customer to pay the rest of the unit’s value.
Ahmed Abd El-Fattah, Business Development Manager at Aqarmap, said that holding the online exhibition is particularly important, particularly after the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Clients can book units and view real pictures of the unit using their laptop or even just a mobile phone. They can also search and compare between the exhibitors’ offers, exclusive instalment plans, and discounts.
