Ontario Developments announced launching its first project “Maple Business Complex” at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) with EGP 500m investments.
Vice Chairperson of Ontario Developments, Mahmoud Hamed, said that Maple Business Complex is a medical administrative commercial mall located in the NAC’s Downtown area on2,680 sqm. The project comprises 14 floors, in addition to 3 basements and garages. The ground, first, and second floors have been allocated for commercial units, and the rest of the mall has administrative and medical units, amounting to 300 units.
Hamed added that construction work is scheduled to begin next January, and pointed out that the company has assigned Canadian consulting office RWDI to conduct engineering and construction designs.
He revealed that the company has an expansion plan within the New Capital that exceeds EGP 2bn.
For his part, Chairperson of Ontario Developments Osama Mansour said that the company aims to launch a series of projects specialized in commercial, administrative and medical activities in the NAC, where the company owns a large land portfolio.
Mansour revealed the company’s expansion plan in the NAC, as it plans to invest about EGP 2bn in 2022 in the city.
Ibrahim Hassan, CEO of the company, said that the project includes a garage with a mechanical system, as well as panoramic elevators.
Ontario’s Managing Director, Gamal El-Din Bassiouny, said: “The Company is an Egyptian company based on Canadian experience in structural and architectural engineering, and is working to achieve international quality standards in all its projects.”
