Hope Givers International Foundation and Baheya Hospital honoured Egyptologist Ali Abu Dashish on Saturday, for his efforts to teach ancient Egyptian language for free to students, giving them hope to work in the field of antiquities and heritage.
He participated in many international events, being one of the influential figures in the field of Egyptian antiquities.
He is a member of the joint archaeological mission in Saqqara, and also works as media advisor to renowned Egyptologist Zahi Hawass. In addition, Abu Dashish is the spokesperson of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina’s director.
