MRB Company for Mall Management and Investment has succeeded in landing a contract for the management and operation of two commercial malls in Assiut.
The first is a medical centre dubbed ‘Cloud Clinics’ that spans over 1,750 sqm and comprises two basements, a ground floor, and four typical floors.
MRB is fully undertaking the project, starting from the architectural and engineering design to constructions, accommodating residences, managing, and operating the project in cooperation with IMS.
The other project is a specialised commercial mall for mobile phones and electronic devices that is called ‘Mobizone’. The mall spans over 295.94 sqm and is divided into two basements, a ground floor, and four floors next to several commercial and residential facilities.
Just like Cloud Clinics, MRB will be undertaking the project in its entirety.
Mohammed Rashid, the President of MRB, stated that this contract comes within the framework of presenting architectural and engineering thought on the latest international architectural styles and diversity in the management and operation of several malls, whether commercial, administrative or medical besides branded residences.
Additionally, the company is involved in more than 15 projects within the New Administrative Capital.
