The first edition of Al-Onwan International Real Estate Exhibition kicked off on Friday and will run for three days, with more than 28 developers exhibiting their projects.
The attendees represent the biggest developers in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with EGP 2bn of targeted sales.
Mostafa Badr, the CEO of The Address Investments, said that the exhibition includes various projects primarily based in the NAC.
Abdelrahman Badr, the head of the Commercial Sector in the company, said that this exhibition will be the beginning of a series of other exhibitions that will be held by The Address Investments for real estate marketing in the local market in the coming period.
“We plan to launch the company’s second exhibition by the end of this year under the auspices of the state, and it will include a larger number of diversified real estate projects,” he said.
“Exhibitors will offer their customers exclusive discounts that will only be available during the exhibition, which gives customers an advantage that is not available outside the exhibition.”
