Gates Developments has contracted with The Management House to manage all the company’s projects in the real estate market this week.
The contract was inked by Ahmed Aboul-Fotouh, the Chairperson of Gates Developments, and Ziad Moghrabiah, the Chairperson of The Management House for Facility Management.
Aboul-Fotouh stated that project management has become an essential element to maintain projects’ investment values as a real estate wealth owned by a developer and to preserve the value of projects in which clients invest their money to have an added-value.
Senior Marketing Manager at Gates Developments Saeed Al-Garf said that The Management House will manage all projects of Gates Developments, including Catalan Project.
The project is located on 40 feddans with a total investment of EGP 1.8bn in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) R7 area.
This is in addition to the Audaz in the NAC, West Gate in west Cairo, and Plaza Espana mall in Sixth of October City.
Accordingly, The Management House provides maintenance and security services for residential projects and operation and management services for commercial and administrative projects owned by Gates Developments, Al-Garf elaborated.
He pointed out that The Management House has a business precedent and experience in managing projects in Saudi Arabia — most notably the SAHAT CO Project in the Jabal Omar area in Mecca, Al-Salam Mall in Jeddah, Al-Noor Mall in Medina, and Aziz Mall in Jeddah — in addition to Mall of Arabia in Egypt.
