Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi saluted the brave men of the Egyptian Armed Forces for their sacrifices and sincere efforts to preserve the security and stability of the homeland and preserve the capabilities of the great Egyptian people.
His remarks came during an inspection tour on Wednesday morning at the Egyptian Military Academy, during which he was accompanied by Minister of Defence Lieutenant-General Mohamed Zaki and a number of Armed Forces commanders.
Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Rady stated that Al-Sisi reviewed the training programmes for the students of the military Academy both technically and physically.
He also held a discussion with the students, tackling Egypt’s efforts at the internal and external levels in order to promote the current development in Egypt as well as to achieve stability in the region against various regional challenges.
Furthermore, he asserted Egypt’s efforts to enhance bilateral cooperation with different countries around the world in order to establish balanced and moderate relations to achieve development plans and enhance peace and security.
The president then directed the students of the academy to continue to maintain their fitness and high physical and mental readiness and to adopt the noble military values that have always characterised the Egyptian Armed Forces, including discipline, commitment, and a desire to acquire knowledge in order to become a role model for Egyptian youths.
