The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued on Monday urgent directives to the embassies of Egypt in the neighbouring countries of Ukraine to facilitate reception of Egyptian citizens crossing the borders of Ukraine to these countries.
This comes in light of recent developments in the Ukraine-Russia war.
It also directed the provision of accommodation in hotels to those travellers. The embassies have started receiving a group of Egyptian citizens in Poland and Romania.
