Al-Batal Group Developments announced the development of administrative, commercial, and medical units in east and west Cairo through the company’s projects ‘Rock Elite’ and ‘Rock Vera’ in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo; ‘Rock Eden’ in Sixth of October City; ‘Rock Capital 1’ in the New Administrative Capital (NAC); ‘Rock Ville’ in Obour City; and others in Heliopolis’ Sheraton district.
The step came as a result of the increasing demand on administrative and commercial units in the Egyptian real estate market, as they have increasing returns on investments, in addition to multinational companies’ demand for administrative headquarters, and a general need for other projects due to the urban sprawl taking place in Cairo.
Al-Batal Group CEO Emad Doss stated that the market research conducted by the company displayed that there is an increasing demand on these targeted segments, adding that the company collaborated with some engineering consultants to build distinctive projects with high investment returns to customers.
He also stated that commercial units in Egypt achieve high returns on investments, pointing out that returns from commercial and administrative units could reach up to 27% after one year of delivery.
The company’s CEO further elaborated that there are immediate delivery units after contracting, with instalments up to six years.
Al-Batal Group’s projects are located in east and west Cairo, with areas ranging from 40 to 9,000 sqm, and distinctive services that could comply with the needs of all international trademarks, restaurants, banks, and multinational companies.
Rock Capital 1 in the NAC is the latest administrative complex. The project is built over a total area of 21,581 sqm, with a total built area of 100,000 sqm. The complex is comprised of administrative units with different areas — from 50 to 9,000 sqm per floor. It also includes two underground floors that are 22,000 sqm and are equipped for electric cars, a ground floor, seven stories, and 4,000 sqm of green spaces.
