The recently concluded fifth edition of NextMove Egypt — a real estate exhibition — which was held from 26 to 28 May by Informa Markets and featured the participation of 20 companies witnessed much success and is expected to record EGP 1bn in sales.
Director of the Exhibition Robert Daniel explained that the list of exhibitors included about 20 real estate companies, and that diversity in the portfolio of projects presented at the exhibition was a priority for the event, as his company focuses on the quality of offered projects rather than the quantity.
He further noted that the exhibition witnessed the launch of some projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), North Coast, New Cairo, and other new cities.
The list of exhibitors included Capital Link Developments, Akam Developments, Deyar Misr Properties, Locations Developments, Taj Misr Developments, Cred Developments, Gates Developments, Arqa Developments, Real Mark, MBG Developments, and many distinguished real estate development companies.
“We trust the government’s solutions to revitalise and support the real estate market in Egypt,” he said.
For his part, Capital Link Developments’ CCO Ali Gaber said that the company showcased its five projects in the NAC, which vary between commercial and residential — namely ‘Solano’, ‘Dorado’, ‘Verona’, ‘Laval’, and ‘Kardia.’
He added that this is not the company’s first time in NextMove Egypt, noting that the exhibition is characterised by its impressive organisation, spacing between pavilions, and high turnout of visitors.
Moving on, Real Mark for Real Estate Marketing — a subsidiary of the Ministry of Public Businesses Sector’s Holding Co. for Construction & Development (HCCD) — also participated in this year’s edition.
In fulfilment of its own strategy, Real Mark promoted a myriad of projects — namely projects led by Maadi Co. for Development and Reconstruction as well as Alexandria Co. for Investments and Urban Development. Real Mark’s strategy rests on upholding varied marketing strategies in promoting the projects of sister companies affiliated to the HCCD along with other private companies, as the company provides high-profile advisory selling marketing real estate services.
Furthermore, Chairperson of the Commercial Division at Real Mark Co. for Real Estate Marketing Ahmed Metwelli said that the company offers a plethora of high-end projects with varying spaces that cater to the needs of the largest segment of clients.
