Brain 2 Fact Group announced that it will be holding the Exporting Egypt Exhibition (EEE) in Dubai from 2 to 5 September at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai Festival City, adding that more than 25 Egyptian real estate developers will be participating with diverse projects.
Chairperson of Brain 2 Fact Group Diya Boulos said that the EEE aims to export real estate in its real and investment sense. After several marketing studies, the company found that the current buying and selling activity in Egypt — especially for projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) — does not fit the huge supply of projects offered, which requires opening new markets externally.
Additionally, the main objective of the exhibition is to attract foreign investments within the local real estate sector by targeting investors and businessmen of different nationalities who possess huge purchasing power and have a desire to invest their money in property markets in stable countries.
Furthermore, Boulos said that besides the main goal, Egyptians residing in Dubai are being targeted to buy or invest in exhibited projects, as they are one of the biggest sources of currency attraction inside Egypt.
He also noted that for the first time in an Egyptian real estate exhibition, an agreement was made with real estate marketing companies in Dubai to participate in the exhibition to contribute to the promotion of Egyptian real estate projects outside Egypt and to invite many foreign investors to visit the exhibition and invest in projects of exhibiting companies.
Moreover, he disclosed that there has been coordination with real estate portfolio management companies in Dubai to participate in the exhibition and to select a number of projects in terms of developers’ strengths, work history, and experience to purchase a large number of units for the purpose of investment.
The exhibition will also present exclusive offers for the first time by developers in Dubai and a huge advertising campaign has been prepared to promote projects participating in the exhibition all over Dubai, he explained.
Boulos concluded by saying that the EEE is the company’s first expo outside Egypt, and that there will be many editions in other countries such as Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in the future.
