The House of Representatives approved the appointment of Mohamed Salah El-Din as the new Minister of State for Military Production, as part of a cabinet reshuffle on Saturday.
He worked previously as the Vice President of the National Authority for Military Production.
He served as advisor to the Minister of State for Military Production from 4 August 2020 until 15 November 2020. Salah El-Din also held several leading posts at the Industrial Development Authority starting from early 2019 until August 2020.
The Ministry’s main mission is to meet the weapon and military equipment needs of the Armed Forces.
