Al-Riyad Castle contracted with Concorde Al-Salam Hotels & Resorts International last week to provide hotel management services and residential activities in the Valore Al-Thawra project, along with leasing hotel units for the clients benefit.
In a statement, Tarek Eid — Board Member at Al-Riyad Castle Group — said that that this contract contributes to maximising the return of investment for clients, as it offers a real estate product that suits the needs of both local and foreign clients, which leads to an increase in the number of tenants for these units and thus achieving a renewable investment return for clients from these units by renting them out.
He added that the project has residential, hospitality, administrative, medical, and commercial elements and is located in a prime location on Al-Thawra St. — directly next to Almaza City Centre — on an area of 28,800 sqm.
The company began implementing the project last month and is expected to deliver it within three years.
For his part, Moteia Ismail — Chairperson of Concorde Al-Salam Hotels & Resorts International Group — said that that group has experience in the integrated management of hotels and residential projects and also owns and operates branches in Heliopolis, Sharm El-Sheikh, and a Concorde Moreen Beach Hotel in Marsa Alam.
He assured that the group aims to provide distinguished hotel management services with international five-star standards in the new Valore Al-Thawra project, just like the rest of its projects.
