The Asian Tour will be breaking new ground in Egypt at Madinaty Golf Club, as some of the biggest names in world golf play in Cairo from November 10-13.
The tournament will be held at Madinaty Golf Club – a subsidiary of Talaat Moustafa Group – from Thursday 10 to Sunday 13 November, with the participation of more than 120 professional golfers from around the world.
The lucrative $1.5million tournament marks the tour’s first-ever appearance in Egypt, and the Robert Trent Jones Jr-designed course is a fitting setting for the largest golf event ever staged in the country, one of the Asian Tour’s series of flagship events.
The international tournament is receiving great global attention, as it will be broadcast live to more than 60 countries around the world. It will be broadcast in Egypt exclusively via Ontime Sports.
