Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi phoned King of Jordan Abdullah II bin al-Hussein on Saturday to discuss enhancing bilateral relations between Egypt and Jordan and coordination on various regional and international issues.
President Al-Sisi expressed his pride in the strong relations between Egypt and Jordan, and stressed the importance of continuing efforts to deepen ties in various fields.
The spokesperson of the presidency, Ambassador Bassam Radi, said that the phone call comes within the framework of regular consultations between the two leaders.
They exchanged views and visions on regional and international issues of common interest.
For his part, King Abdullah praised the brotherly relations between Egypt and Jordan and the permanent coordination with President Al-Sisi, stressing his aspiration to advance the bilateral cooperation at various levels.
