Egypt’s security forces foiled an attack on a security checkpoint in North Ismailia governorate, on Friday, security sources told Daily News Egypt. An exchange of fire took place between Egyptian security forces and a group of terrorists near El Saliheen Mosque in the governorate, one officer and three security personnel were killed in the exchange of fire.
At least one attacker has been neutralized, according to the sources.
