Egy Holding Developments has announced that it will increase the construction rate of its flagship project, EPIC Complex, in New Administrative Capital (NAC), with 45% of construction works completed.
The company plans to complete the construction works of the entire project by the end of 2023.
Mohamed Al-Ahwal, Managing Director and CEO of Egy Holding Developments, said that the company is working with all its efforts to accelerate construction rates of the project, in parallel with the commitment to quality standards in the project development. Accelerating construction works is a part of the company’s plan to maintain confidence of its customers, and its commitment to schedule for development and delivery, which is scheduled for the end of 2023.
Al-Ahwal added that the company has already completed works of excavation and replacement, concrete foundation of the building, two basement floors with an area of 13,100 sqm, commercial floors (ground and first) and the second and third administrative floors in record time, with the highest rates of performance and quality in accordance with international standards.
He elaborated that the EPIC Complex project is located in mixed-use area MU23, which mediates R3 and R2. Besides, MU23 is the first service area to be operated in the NAC.
The project comprises 9 floors, two of which are allocated for commercial properties and six multiple floors with administrative and medical properties, a hotel floor, and a multi-storey garage attached to the building with a total area of 13,100 sqm.
Egy Holding is a merger of a group of companies operating in various fields of investment since 2002, namely real estate development, engineering consultancy, project management, in addition to investments in tourism, industrial, agricultural and fish farming sectors, and desert land reclamation.
