Radix Development announced agreements with a group of major consultants in the real estate sector to develop a series of projects, namely projects in New Administrative Capital.
In a press conference, Radix signed contracts and MoUs with advisors and consultancies in the real estate sector for a variety of services including financial, economic, engineering, marketing, and contracting studies.
Radix Development’s Deputy CEO Akram Al Sheikh said that the company signs a contract with Archrete to be the engineering advisor for projects that are slated for the coming period. Besides, MoU was signed with Schneider Electric to provide technical and technology solutions to Radix’s projects, as well as, the latter has signed contacts with UCAC and Remax for development and advisory services for projects.
Al Sheikh added that another contract was signed with Etqan Business Development as a financial and commercial consultant for the company’s projects. Additionally, signing a MoU with Rekaz Holding For Financial Investments to provide facilities and financing to clients wishing to contract on the company’s future projects and to encourage investment in real estate sector.
