Dina Omar Soliman, Chairperson and Managing Director of Beni Suef for Water and Wastewater, said that the company is greatly interested in technological development and digital transformation.
This came during her meeting with a delegation from Be One Software Solutions, which created SAP Business One programme that Beni Suef for Water and Wastewater has adopted in its work cycle.
She added that the SAP Business One in financial management, warehouse management, procurement and costs, and linking with sales and human resources management successfully, comes in implementation of the directives of the holding company.It is also part of the framework of digital transformation and linking various activities, and the company’s constant keenness on using electronic applications for all services to save time and effort in line with the state’s plan for digital transformation and the use of modern technology.
Soliman stressed that a hotline “125” has been allocated to receive public complaints and proposals 24/7, noting that water is the lifeblood and the element of development that governs locally, regionally and globally, in accordance with environmental laws to preserve the health of citizens. The company is also working hard to provide, improve and develop the service on an ongoing basis.
Ahmed Hosny, Executive Director of Be One Software Solutions, expressed his happiness with their success with Beni Suef Water and Wastewater. He said that this project is one of the largest projects implemented by the company.
