Commercial International Bank (CIB), Egypt’s leading private sector bank, hosted an event titled “Building a Path for Innovation” on 11 May 2023 as part of its “Meet the Expert” series.
This event comes in line with CIB’s extensive efforts to develop human capital and expose its staff to various international and global trends in banking and other sectors.
The event was led by John K Coyle, a world traveller, international innovation and design thinking keynote speaker, award-winning author, professor, Olympic medalist, former head of innovation for a Fortune 500 company, and a world-leading expert in the fields of Innovation and Design Thinking.
The event was attended by staff members from various departments and different managerial levels and witnessed great interaction between the guest speaker and the audience.
Coyle shared his vast experience and insightful journeys with the attendees and discussed the power of innovation and the significant impact it has on leading organizations toward success during turbulent times through a number of success stories.
The event highlighted the importance of innovation through design thinking to help embrace the world’s continuous changes and transformation, equipping CIB employees with the necessary tools to face any unexpected challenges.
