The seventh edition of the “Think Commercial” roundtable series, organized by Media Avenue, will be held on August 15 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Cairo. The event will focus on the latest developments in the Egyptian real estate market.
The theme of this year’s roundtable is “The Rise of the Multi-Sector Real Estate Market.” The discussions will focus on renewable opportunities in three main sectors of the Egyptian real estate market: real estate development, hotel apartments, and industrial development.
The first session will focus on the real estate development sector. The speakers will discuss the challenges facing real estate investment companies, such as the high cost of construction and the increase in selling prices.
