New Town Group (NTG) Developments has launched a new project in New Cairo, according to Ezzat Azmy Haroun, the company’s chairperson.
Haroun said that the new project, Intown Mall, is a 6,068-sqm commercial and administrative building.
In a press conference, Haroun noted that investing in Egypt is one of the most successful investments in the world, and the Egyptian investment map in fields of construction and real estate development provides ideal opportunities for investors.
Shenouda Zarei, CEO of the company, highlighted that Intown features a modern design that is environmentally friendly and compliant with green building standards.
For his part, Khaled Abdel Nasser, chief commercial officer at NTG, said that the Intown Mall consists of the ground floor and three repeated floors with unit spaces starting with 36 sqm. The mall encompasses generators, central air conditioning, kid area, gym, and security.
Abdel Nasser elaborated that the company offers various payment plans that meet needs of customers with a payment plan of up to 10 years and a special discount on cash payment of up to 25%.
Abdallah El Kady, chief marketing officer, said that the company intends to contract with major consulting companies to launch a project that meets all aspirations of customers. The company has already contracted with ACE Moharram Bakhoum as an engineering consultant for the project. Besides, contracting with Ldp+Partners to develop project designs.
He explained, “In order to ensure the project sustainability in the best way, a contract was signed with Egypt for maintenance works such as security, cleanliness, surveillance, electricity, air conditioning, plumbing and carpentry. Additionally, the company has assigned the most famous management company in Egypt, KAD, to operate the project.
