The Palestinian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday condemned the continuous violations and assaults by the Israeli occupation forces and the settler militias against the Palestinians.

“These violations which amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity occur every day,” the Foreign Ministry said in a press release.

The statement referred to the bulldozing of lands and uprooting trees in Tarqumiyah, the occupation forces’ storming of the archeological site in Septitia, the settlers’ fencing of land in the northern gorges, the occupation forces’ demolition of a facility in Deir Balout, the suspension of work on a house under construction in Yatta’s travelers, and the establishment of a new settlement outpost northwest of Jericho.”

The Ministry stressed that the illegal appropriation of land by the occupation and terrorist elements of the settlers is aimed at stealing more Palestinian land and allocating it for settlement.

Palestinian Foreign ministry warned again of the consequences of the international treatment of violations and crimes of the occupation and the settlers, “as statistics figures or as usual, because they are repeated every day and do not require a serious stance from the international community.”

The ministry called on the international community and all countries to shoulder their political, legal and moral responsibilities in taking the necessary measures and practical steps to protect the two-state solution.
