A private plane en route from Moscow to St. Petersburg crashed in the Tver Region on Wednesday, killing all 10 people on board, Russia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations said. Local reports said that Wagner Group private military company leader Yevgeny Prigozhin was listed among the passengers on board.
However, the ministry did not confirm this information.
