Marriott International Team Ensures Excellence in Al Jazi’s JW Marriott Residences Project’s Final Inspection

Marriott International’s senior representatives recently visited Al Jazi’s JW Marriott Residences project in New Cairo, marking a significant milestone in Egypt’s real estate market. Al Jazi stands as Egypt’s pioneer in introducing branded residential units.

Tarek El Sayed, CEO and Managing Director of ARTIC – Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company, warmly welcomed the distinguished team. They came to oversee the final stages of the prestigious JW Marriott Residences, developed by Al Jazi Developments, a subsidiary of Seldar Misr.

Walaa Elaal, Al Jazi’s Marketing Director and the owner’s representative for marketing and public relations at Seldar Misr, emphasized the project’s commitment to delivering uncompromising quality, aligning seamlessly with Marriott International’s global standards. The branded residences have a history of impressive returns for clients, addressing the growing demand for globally branded properties in the local real estate market.

Elaal also underscored Marriott International representatives’ admiration for the project’s progress, highlighting its luxurious finishes and unwavering commitment to quality.

The visiting team included John Hearns, Senior Vice President of Global Residential Operations; Alicia Kueng, Vice President of Residential Operations; and Alex Wu, Senior Director of Design and Project Management. They engaged in discussions regarding the project’s construction progress and quality commitment.

Encompassing 63 feddans with EGP 7 billion in investments, Al Jazi’s innovative project includes Egypt’s first branded residences, the JW Marriott Residences. Additionally, it features the Chess Field, an Al Jazi commercial and administrative district, the impressive 20,000 sqm Al Jazi First Mall in New Cairo, and the eagerly awaited Ritz Carlton Residence. Notably, the project is entirely self-financed, as confirmed by Elaal.
