Scope Developments, a real estate company in Egypt, has announced a contract with Incomercial, a leading company in property management and leasing, to handle the Zoom Plaza Mall project in New Cairo.
According to the contract, Incomercial will provide strategic consultations and evaluations for project management, as well as facility management, property management, and operation. Incomercial will also conduct marketing research and studies for the facilities, enhance the marketing and leasing value for the unit owners in the project, and prepare studies that achieve the highest return on investment.
Mohamed Ghobashi, the Chairperson of Scope Developments, said that the company has started the groundwork for the Zoom Plaza project, in anticipation of completing the licensing procedures and beginning the excavation and foundation work for the project.
Mohamed Mohi, the Head of the Project Management and Marketing Sector at Incomercial, said that contracting with operating and management companies is one of the most important factors for the success of commercial and administrative projects. He added that this collaboration will contribute to achieving the highest investment returns for the tenants.
The Zoom Plaza mall is one of the most prominent commercial and administrative projects in the South Academy district in New Cairo. The project covers a total area of 3,384 sqm, with a built-up area of 13,000 sqm. The project consists of 40% ground floor and 44% repeated floor, and it offers a variety of commercial, administrative, and medical units with different sizes to suit the needs of all investors and clients.
