The eighth edition of the “Think Commercial” roundtable series, organized by Media Avenue—an agency specializing in conferences—is set to kick off on 2 July at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The event will focus on developments in the Egyptian real estate market and will be held under the patronage of Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Facilities, and Urban Communities.
Titled “Mega Deals Shaping the Real Estate Sector,” this edition aims to highlight the success of Egypt’s real estate development sector in overcoming recent challenges. Despite crises faced in recent years, the sector has experienced continuous sales growth and increased demand for all real estate products. The government’s plan to develop new cities across Egypt further contributes to this positive trend.
During the roundtable, participants will discuss the anticipated impact of the Ras El Hekma development deal on the northern Egyptian coast—a joint effort between Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. Work mechanisms within the real estate sector for the upcoming period will also be a key topic.
The eighth edition of “Think Commercial” comprises three sessions:
- Business Plans: Real estate companies’ strategies for handling sector developments.
- Financial Role: The financial sector’s contribution to real estate financing through various mechanisms.
- Honoring Excellence: Recognizing leading companies in the real estate sector through various activities.
Government officials, representatives from major real estate development firms, real estate financing companies, and experts in asset management, real estate funds, and legal consultations will participate in the roundtable discussions.
