Developed by the Talaat Moustafa Group, “East Hub – Madinaty” is one of the group’s latest commercial centres. It occupies a strategic position in southern Madinaty, adjacent to Mostakbal City. Accessibility is a key feature; visitors can easily reach the mall from the New Administrative Capital, Fifth Settlement, and other areas of New Cairo via the Middle Ring Road, utilising the Gate 5 entrance to Madinaty. The centre is positioned to cater to the needs of approximately 4.5 million residents across East Cairo.
The “East Hub” commercial centre itself consists of eight buildings: five are interconnected, and three are detached structures. These buildings house over 600 commercial units designed for a wide range of activities. Available outlets include restaurants, cafes, bank branches, clothing boutiques, electronics retailers, and home accessory stores. Additionally, the complex provides space for medical clinics and administrative offices. Supporting these facilities is an underground parking garage with a capacity to accommodate approximately 2,000 vehicles.
