Cisco, Xceed expand customer support in Egypt

Cisco and Xceed expanded on their 18 months of cooperation by enhancing their Customer Support Operation in Egypt by providing improved end-to-end customer support and employing a further 100 full-time agents, a statement read.

“Providing support for contact centers and outsourcing business providers in Egypt today is a key focus for the Egyptian government which is committed to attracting foreign investment in the field of outsourcing, customer service and support and Xceed and Cisco are helping to deliver this objective,” the statement read.

Xceed manages 3 million transactions a month, supporting clients on four different continents and in nine different languages.

Cisco’s TelePresene solution has also been installed at Xceed’s headquarters in Egypt, offering a live, face-to-face experience that enables people from different offices and cities around the world to meet virtually using the power of the network, which will connect Xceed employees to Cisco customer support teams around the world.
