CAIRO: Zamalek boss Hossam Hassan implied that he may quit the team if the board failed to bring in new players in January.

The ex-Masri manager revealed that he has been approached by his former club, hinting that there is a possibility he could be forced to leave Zamalek.

Masri talked to me, but if I left Zamalek it won t be because of another offer, it would be down to the board s failure to reinforce the squad, Hassan told Dream TV.

I have spoken with the board about making new signings in January. We must bring in at least three new players in the winter break.

Zamalek loaned out Egypt striker Amr Zaki to Hull City last week, while Mido seems to be on his way to England as well.
