Egypt condemned on Friday, the “terror attack” which targeted a police carrier in Al-Manama, the capital city of Bahrain, and resulted in killing a policeman and injuring eight others, according to a statement by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the statement, Egypt offered its condolences to victims relatives, asserting that Egypt stands with the Bahraini government and people in the fight against terrorism.
The statement asserted that these actions would not succeed in destabilising stability and security in the kingdom. Egypt also stressed the necessity of tracking sources of financing terrorism and hosting and training terrorists.
Moreover, Al-Azhar denounced the attack, expressing support for the Bahraini government in confronting terrorism.
